How long does a project take?
There are a lot of factors that can impact project length. Our projects typically average 6–8 weeks long. Web design & development projects can be much longer and are dependent on the extent of features needed; expect at least an 8-week minimum for development.Our 3-Step Framework .
What does the 'Strategy Session' involve?
We will hold a deep-dive session to learn more about your business, brand, and target audience through strategic exercises that walk us through the development of your brand strategy, positioning, and identity. This is the fundamental first step in our process to set the stage for the direction of our work with you.
How will you communicate with me?
Our primary mode of communication will be include email, phone call, Zoom video conference, and face-to-face meetings. Other avenues may be explored as needed.
How many concept revisions are included?
Our service includes up to 3 rounds (with 2 rounds of revisions) for each deliverable. For example, let's say your project includes a logo design, a vehicle wrap design, and Facebook ad. Your logo design would get 3 rounds, your vehicle wrap design would get 3 rounds, and your Facebook ad design, would also get 3 rounds.Our 3-Step Framework .
Will my finished project be posted on your website?
Unless explicitly requested by you or a representative of your company, we will reserve the right to display our work solely for portfolio purposes. Only our internal processes and the impact of our work will be highlighted as a case study.
What type of work do you NOT do?
We absolutely do NOT do any creative work without a brand strategy in place beforehand. It's our policy, and we fully stand by only taking action after a well-developed strategy is in place. If you've already developed a brand strategy with us or another strategy consultant, then we have something to work with.contact us and we'll gladly send you those referral.
I don't want Strategy. What if I just need a logo?
We understand that not everyone is at the same place in their business journey, and you may just be seeking a new logo or a log refresh. However, it's our policy to not execute creative work without a strategy in place beforehand. Here's an article from our blog that discusses our reasoning for this stance a bit more.
Do you work catering businesses outside of the Atlanta area?
Absolutely! We work with catering businesses both nationally and internationally. Being a remote-based team allows us the flexibility to also work with clients remotely. The only exception would be any photo or video work that takes place may require some travel or partnerning with specialists local to the area. But we definitely don't let that stop us!
Our billing policy is an upfront deposit of 50% of the total due upon agreement and prior to the beginning of work. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days after the agreement.
Do you offer payment plans?
We have the potential of offering a 4-month payment plan given your circumstances. Please contact our Owner to explore your options as needed.

We truly become invested in working towards the goal set forth in our agreement.
